The LowCountry Package includes a five foot grazing board filled with local favorites, LowCountry Boil & Sides, and a Sweet. Chef will arrive one hour before guests to assemble the LowCountry Board. Once guests arrive, the LowCountry Boil will be prepared outdoors and served family style on large platters. Finish with a sweet treat, while we package up any leftover & take care of clean up!

Greet your guests with the LowCountry Board, a five foot display of seasonal abundance; then choose between a Canape or Family Style menu. The Canape Menu consists of handheld appetizers that can be displayed or passed, while the Family Style Menu will be displayed for guest to make a plate. Aside from the traditional LowCountry Boil, there are several main entree options from our local land and water that can be paired with seasonal sides for a custom family-style display.
