Start the Spanish Menu with Seasonal Tapas — you choose an additional 3 Specialty Tapas! For the main course select a Paella to be served with Ensalada, then finish with Dulce of your choice! Chef will arrive one hour before guests to set up. Once guests arrive, the Paella will be prepared outdoors over our portable wood burning fire pit and served family style with la Ensalada. Finish with a Dulce, while we package up any leftovers & take care of clean up!
